Are your services affordable for my business?
Yes. Everyday Web strives to provide affordable digital marketing services for small businesses no matter where they're at in their journey. Our services are affordable not cheap - using our processes and understanding of the web we're able to bring down the cost significantly.
What services do you offer?
We're the all-in-one agency and we offer a range of services. Our bread & butter is websites and e-commerce stores, we've expanded to social media marketing, but we also offer Google Ads, Hosting & Support, graphic design, and more!
What makes Everyday Web different?
Well... a lot of things. For starters, we're fairly priced and transparent. We help you make sense of all the digital tools you need to operate. We providing ongoing support not "retainers", & provide a library of resources and educational content that empowers you & your staff. Essentially, what makes us different is our ability to offer agency level quality and support at accessible price points while also making digital marketing content that helps you understand your business online.
Do you offer refunds?
It depends! If we haven't begun development of your website/e-commerce store then we'll gladly give you your money back, but if you've put a deposit down and we've hit a milestone then it will be non-refundable. However, if you'd like to stop your projects in its tracks then we won't charge you for the remaining milestones. Sounds fair, right?
Can I cancel monthly services at any time?
Yes! If you need to cancel, or pause for a little while you can and we totally understand. Business has ups and downs and if you ever need to figure things out rest easy knowing you can put us on hold. We kindly ask that you email or contact us 14 days in advance for monthly digital marketing services like social media marketing, ads, etc. Please and thank you!
Why does Everyday Web exist?
Every Web exists because the agency model is broken and it needs to be rebuilt from the ground up! Everyday Web was built in the height of COVID-19 to provide small business owners with an agency that works for them by them. We saw that agencies everywhere only provided high-ticket services for large clients leaving small business owners with a few choices: Do It Yourself, Hire a Freelancer, or ask your relative to do it! It's time for a whole new way to look at agencies.
Does Everyday Web support minority-owned businesses?
Absolutely. In fact we're a minority-owned business! We built Everyday Web because we saw how COVID-19 disproportionately impacted minority-owned businesses. We're supportive and inclusive of any and all businesses, we believe the web should level the playing field for everyone.
