Everyday Web Celebrates the PhillyBizHub Launch and a New Chapter for Small Businesses

PhillyBizHub short for Philadelphia Business Resource Hub is finally here, and we’re excited about what it means for Philadelphia’s small business community! Everyday Web was invited to celebrate the launch of the Philadelphia Business Resource Hub, a new platform designed to help local entrepreneurs find resources, guidance, and organizations that can help their businesses grow.

As a Philadelphia-based web design company and an early technical assistance partner working with the City, this is exactly the kind of progress we love to see. Small business owners deserve accessible support, meaningful connections, and a clear path to getting the help they need.

We’re proud to be part of that effort – pretty soon you’ll be able to receive technical assistance from Everyday Web through the PhillyBizHub portal.

What Is PhillyBizHub?

Launched on October 21, 2026, PhillyBizHub brings Philadelphia’s business support network together in one place.

According to the City’s official launch announcement, the platform debuted with more than 300 resources, more than 140 events, and more than 250 local organizations. Business owners can explore funding, legal assistance, mentorship, guides, and personalized help.

The Philadelphia Department of Commerce developed the Hub with EcoMap Technologies, with key support from PIDC, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and JPMorgan Chase.

For a busy business owner, having a central place to start can make a real difference. Whether you’re opening your first storefront or figuring out your next stage of growth, finding support should feel manageable.

Celebrating the PhillyBizHub Launch With Our Community

Everyday Web was honored to join the launch celebration alongside people and organizations committed to Philadelphia’s entrepreneurs.

You can see a moment from the launch on Instagram. Look closely and you might spot our co-founder, Dan Jacob!

For us, being there was about more than celebrating a new platform. It was an opportunity to connect around something we care deeply about: helping small businesses succeed.

We work with owners who put enormous time, energy, and heart into their businesses. They’re serving customers, managing employees, and keeping daily operations moving. Finding the right help shouldn’t become another full-time job.

Seeing the City invest in making those connections easier gives us plenty to be excited about.

Helping Local Businesses Get Online With City Support

Everyday Web is working with the City of Philadelphia so that the City can cover the cost of certain website builds for eligible businesses.

That means an opportunity to address one of the barriers we hear about most often: the cost of getting a professional website.

Our role is to help turn that support into something practical. A website can give customers a place to explore services, understand what makes a business special, and take the next step, whether that means submitting an inquiry, booking an appointment, or planning a visit.

As an early technical assistance partner, we’re proud to be a trusted resource for local owners who need help building their online presence.

City funding applies to certain builds. Reach out to Everyday Web to discuss your business and learn more about the available pathway before assuming your project is covered.

Built in Philadelphia, Invested in Its Small Businesses

At Everyday Web, we believe professional website services should be within reach for small businesses.

That mission feels especially meaningful here at home. Philadelphia is full of independent businesses with great products, valuable services, and stories worth sharing. Helping more people discover them is work we’re excited to do.

A stronger online presence can support the relationships owners are already building in their neighborhoods. Pair that with easier access to business resources, and there’s a lot to look forward to.

Find Your Next Step

If you own a business in Philadelphia, take a few minutes to explore PhillyBizHub and see what support is available.

And if a new website is on your list, connect with Everyday Web to learn more about our services and the opportunity for certain website builds to be covered by the City.

We’re excited to be involved early, proud to serve our hometown, and ready to help more Philadelphia small businesses take their next step!
