5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Website Builds (One-Time Services): Deposits paid for website design and development are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Monthly Subscriptions / Support Plans: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Third-Party Fees: Clients are responsible for any third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins, apps) and those are non-refundable.

  • Disputes: Any disputes regarding billing must be submitted to Everyday Web in writing within 14 days of the charge.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that information on this Site is always current or error-free.

  • Everyday Web is not liable for damages arising from the use (or inability to use) this Site or our services.

7. Governing Law
