1. Deposit & Onboarding

To start you just need to put down a $100 deposit - this deposit is refundable for up to two days. And then you will be sent an onboarding form, in just 10-15 minutes we will collect the info we need about your business for your new professional website. Simply answer a few questions and we're on the way to building your site!

2. Choose a theme

Next we’ll send you 3 website themes based on your form submission. To save you money and bring you quality we partner with the best web designers in the world. This way you can see exactly how your website looks before we begin working!

3. Check in and provide extra content

Once you pick a theme we can get started right away! We know every business is different and there may be certain pieces of content like services, team members, portfolios, and any additional tools we need to connect to your new site. You can either schedule a meeting directly with our team or email over any additional content you want on your website.

4. Sit back. Relax!

Then you can sit back and watch the magic happen while we complete your site and keep you updated throughout the process sending you a staging link to review the website! We aim to launch your website in 4 weeks or less, the more info you give us upfront the quicker your website is launched!

Can’t I get this cheaper from somebody else?

Probably! But cheap doesn’t necessarily mean better, we’re affordable not cheap. While freelancing platforms are cheaper, the quality of work, communication, and overall hassle of working with a freelancer can be time consuming. Our customer experience and ease paired with our quality at an affordable rate is what separates us.

Do I have to pay monthly?

Only if you need ongoing support at a low rate! If you decide you want to host and maintain your website on your own, we’ll simply transfer the site over to you. We’ll gladly help you set up your own hosting!

How can I communicate with you guys while working on our project?

We ask that you email help@everydayweb.co for updates and revision requests.

How long does it take to create a website?

Because of our attention to quality and processes, it typically takes us 4-6 weeks to complete a website. This is very dependent on you providing us with all the necessary material to complete the website in a timely manner!

How long does it take to create an e-commerce store?

We will aim for 4 weeks, but this is highly dependent on you following our process. We kindly ask you to take the time to fill out our form, and give us as much info about your products as possible before we begin development instead of during. This will save you a lot of time and hassle, we know you’re very busy working on a ton of things!

How much do I need to pay upfront?

You only need to pay 50% upfront to get started on your project. You pay the remaining balance once the project is completed.

How often am I updated on my project’s progress?

We typically provide you updates once a week related to your project’s progress. You'll receive ongoing notifications via your project board on Notion (our project management tool), you can email or text us anytime for updates. You'll receive a demo link to view the site's progress once we begin development so you can always stay up to date!

What is needed to begin working on a website?

We typically need your logo, images, text, login information and anything else about your business/organization to get started. If you do not have a logo in place, we also offer branding services as well!

What platforms do you use?

Depending on your needs, we will use WordPress or Shopify! If you use a platform like Wix or Squarespace, we can still work with you. However, we highly suggest moving away from those platforms as there are limitations that will slow your business growth down.

Will I be locked into a contract?

No way! If you do decide to work with us monthly, you can pause or cancel at any time. Please check out our refund policy below for any refunds while a website or ecommerce project is in progress.

Will my website integrate with the tools I’m already using?

Most likely! If there’s a way for us to connect to that tool via an integration

Will my website be on Google?

Yup! But don’t expect it to be at the top of the first page of Google overnight. With Everyday Web we’ll ensure your website meets Google’s basic technical SEO requirements.
